Ha! I honestly LOL'd. My guys never liked mashed peas either. Parsnips were a big hit with Elijah. I think butternut squash was just ok. You do sort of start to run out of puree-able veggies after a while.

Parsnips might be good to try. I didn't think of them since I am not a fan. You're right about the puree-able veggies. I guess as long as we can find five or six options to rotate, that will be fine until he can start to eat more chunky stuff.
